Event & Brand Marketing

Overview

CODE was one of EMB Global's flagship initiatives, hosted at Pragati Maidan, Delhi, with over 250+ exhibitors and 8,000+ attendees, including CXOs, government officials, and investors.®

The event aimed to showcase India's growing digital ecosystem and position EMB Global as a leading force in digital transformation. It brought together tech innovators, SaaS providers, marketing agencies, and government delegates under one roof, creating a powerful networking and knowledge-sharing platform. This event not only elevated EMB’s visibility but also established it as a credible player in the digital services ecosystem.

Contribution

As a core member of the organizing team, I led design and social media for the entire event. I was responsible for every brand touchpoint that would go public from guest invites, newspaper ads, billboards, digital content to venue branding, stage designs, and social media presence.

I made sure every piece of content looked and felt like it belonged to the same brand. I also worked closely with stakeholders to manage timelines, creative approvals, and on-ground execution. Basically, anything the public saw I had a hand in it.

Key Contribution

From designing the event logo to planning the after-movie, I was involved from start to finish. I designed all the billboards, newspaper ads, venue branding, and even things like kiosk designs and directional signs.

I also managed a team of 20+ photographers and videographers during the event to capture every moment from stage talks to booth interactions. I worked with vendors, designers, editors anyone who was part of making the event come to life visually.

Impact & Outcomes

CODE helped us build serious brand awareness for EMB Global and put us on the radar of investors, government officials, and enterprise clients.

We also got a solid number of high-quality leads from the event. Internally, the event set a new benchmark for how we handle big moments like these from design quality to execution speed. People appreciated the effort, and for me personally, it was one of those projects where I got to fully own the creative side and see the direct impact.
